Background
Kevin Cook joined Strata-G, as Chief Financial Officer in February 2015. Prior to joining Strata-G, Mr. Cook has 33 years of experience in accounting and finance with large, small, and small disadvantaged Government DoD contractors ranging from $10 million to $200 million in annual revenues. Mr. Cook has almost two decades of directly related executive financial management experience supporting multi-billion-dollar Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) and federal contracts. Mr. Cook is responsible for accounting, financial management, contract administration, purchasing, treasury, audit, and tax functions. Mr. Cook graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Missouri State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Mr. Cook is a member of the AICPA, the Alabama Society of CPAs, and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
