The Aleut Corporation Acquires Strata-G Solutions, Inc. as Newest Subsidiary

(Anchorage, Alaska)

The Aleut Corporation (TAC) announced today the acquisition of Huntsville, Alabama-based Strata-G Solutions, Inc. (Strata-G).  Strata-G will remain a standalone business operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Aleut Corporation.

Since inception, Strata-G has grown through both organic and acquisition means, and has differentiated itself from competitors by offering the highest quality design engineering and integrated hardware manufacturing solutions. Strata-G delivers highly complex solutions for rotary and fixed wing aircraft as well as unmanned, missile and ground systems to various Department of Defense, federal, and commercial customers. Strata-G President & Founder Devin Whitaker will remain in his existing executive leadership role.
