Background
Carolyn Scarborough joined Strata-G Solutions as the Director, Corporate Services in 2013. Mrs. Scarborough has over 30 years of experience in human resources across a wide range of businesses – from consulting services and federal contractors to technology and manufacturing industries. At Strata-G, Mrs. Scarborough is responsible for leading and implementing employee-related initiatives, recruiting, employee benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance evaluation, and compensation. In addition to HR, she is also responsible for Strata-G’s facilities and the community involvement program. Mrs. Scarborough graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a member of the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) local chapter.
