Background
David McCarty is one of the original employees of Strata-G Solutions and currently serves as Strata-G’s Director of Engineering. Prior to joining Strata-G in 2008, Mr. McCarty worked for defense, consumer, and industrial products companies in positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and leadership. During the early years of his career, he developed a passion for teamwork and the development of high-performing teams. After joining Strata-G, Mr. McCarty was able to put his passion into practice by encouraging the development of a culture in which high-performing teams flourish and produce remarkable results. Mr. McCarty holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
