Donna B. Meadows is an accomplished business development and strategy executive with more than 25 years of experience leading capture management, strategic growth, and high-value contract acquisition across the defense, aerospace, and technology sectors. She is recognized for her ability to develop winning strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and guide organizations through the full business development lifecycle—from pipeline creation and opportunity qualification to proposal execution and post-award success.
As Director of Strategy and Growth at Strata-G Solutions, Donna leads initiatives that expand the company’s footprint within the Department of Defense community. She oversees capture and proposal efforts, drives partnership development, and ensures alignment between Strata-G’s technical capabilities and evolving mission requirements. Her leadership supports the company’s continued growth in aviation, C-UAS, and mission systems programs.
Prior to joining Strata-G, Donna co-founded Amplify Marketing Solutions, LLC, where she provided business development consulting and capture management support to help clients achieve sustainable growth. She specialized in strategic planning, competitive positioning, and proposal strategy—mentoring executive teams and helping them elevate operational performance and win rates.
Donna previously served as Senior Vice President at INTUITIVE Research and Technology Corporation, where she directed multimillion-dollar capture efforts, led cross-functional teams, and managed customer engagement strategies across major defense programs. During her tenure, she also served as Director of Strategic Development and Director of Business Operations, playing a pivotal role in building the company’s business infrastructure and financial systems to support its long-term success.
Her earlier experience includes analytical and operations roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Intergraph Corporation, and Central Sprinkler Systems, providing a strong foundation in program management, financial oversight, and operational compliance.
Donna holds a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Faulkner University. She maintains an active SECRET security clearance and is known for her strategic vision, professionalism, and commitment to advancing mission success through innovative business solutions.
