Background
Kristi Kemp serves as Director of Project Controls at Strata-G and has 15 years of combined experience in project control management and analysis within the Aerospace and Defense industry. Ms. Kemp is responsible for maintaining fully-integrated project controls, developing cost proposals, and implementing process improvements. In addition to earning a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), Ms. Kemp also holds Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) certifications.
