Background
Michael L. Keenan serves as Director of Manufacturing at Strata-G Solutions, where he leads end-to-end manufacturing, integration, warehousing, and repair and return operations in support of advanced defense training and mission systems. He is responsible for aligning production capabilities with customer requirements across both CONUS and OCONUS programs, with a focus on quality, scalability, and operational execution.
Mr. Keenan is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Five with more than 23 years of distinguished service, including 16 years as a combat-experienced Special Operations aviator. His military career included roles as a Maintenance Examiner, Maintenance Test Pilot, and Instructor Pilot, providing him with deep expertise in aviation maintenance, airworthiness, risk management, and mission readiness in demanding operational environments.
In his current role, Mr. Keenan oversees electrical and mechanical fabrication, advanced prototyping, depot-level repair, configuration management, and logistics operations. He ensures compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9110 standards, as well as DCMA audit requirements. His leadership has driven the implementation of standardized manufacturing processes, Gold Standard units, and data-driven production controls to improve reliability, reduce turnaround times, and deliver consistent, repeatable quality.
Mr. Keenan brings extensive experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense customers and a strong understanding of lifecycle sustainment, technical data package execution, and mission-critical training systems. His leadership approach emphasizes workforce development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet evolving customer needs and operational timelines. He plays a key role in advancing Strata-G Solutions’ growth by expanding manufacturing capacity, improving throughput, and reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted provider of mission-ready solutions.
