With an increasing new customer base and an influx of new employee talent all requiring the highest caliber of leadership to lead through significant growth, Strata-G Solutions is pleased to announce that Colonel retired Calvin ‘Cal’ Lane will be joining the team as the Vice President of Operations (VPO). Calvin comes to us recently retired from the U.S. Army with 28 years of active-duty experience deploying multiple times to support combat operations as a pilot (UH-60, CH-47F, AH-64, and UH-72A/B Helicopters) and as a senior acquisition officer.

Calvin’s last command position was the Project Manager Utility Helicopter (Blackhawks). In that position, he led a 600+ member team that was responsible for a $10 billion dollar portfolio of aircraft and equipment. His experience and leadership qualities will undoubtedly help ensure we are successful in our mission of growth, meeting our shareholders’ expectations, and in taking care of our people!

In the VPO position, Cal will oversee all internal operations working closely with our Directors to ensure our best possible performance is achieved in manufacturing, engineering, quality, project controls, and program management. The VPO and Director team will leverage our talented people, facilities, and tools to ensure our success by continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company ensuring Strata-G’s impressive growth seen over the past two years continues into the future!
