April 23, 2021 – Huntsville, AL

Strata-G Solutions, LLC, a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business and Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) with headquarters in Huntsville, was recently awarded a multi-million dollar follow-on hardware production delivery order under the Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (TUAS) Family of Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (FoSUAS) Products Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, Tactical Open Government Owned Architecture (TOGA) Domain with a total ceiling across all domains of $248M.

The TOGA controller follow-on production award to Strata-G represents our commitment to Army Aviation and the Army’s confidence in Strata-G to produce their universal remote for unmanned aerial systems, which will allow Soldiers to control more than one type of UAS. We are very proud to continue our long-standing engineering and hardware solutions support to Army Aviation warfighters.
– John Vannoy, Army Colonel Retired and Strata-G Chief Operating Officer.

The Soldier Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) Product Lead provides unit level Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) repair and parts support for U.S. Army SUAS fleet. This contract covers the requirement for Handheld-Ground Control Station (H-GCS) Kits. These kits will allow SUAS to control the Medium Range Reconnaissance (MRR) and Short Range Reconnaissance (SRR) air vehicles.  Strata-G will deliver these H-GCS Kits, consisting of the handset with cover, secondary display, MRR Kit, SRR Kit, and all other components contained in the Technical Design Package (TDP) needed to allow the systems to meet the requirements needed to control the MRR and SRR air vehicles.

The hand controller (H-GCS) pairs with any UAS in the Army’s FoSUAS as well as unmanned ground vehicles. The SUAS provides the battalion and below ground maneuver elements, critical situational awareness, and enhances force protection providing organic and responsive tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capability through the ability to view real-time video and sensor data via the system ground control stations. The TOGA controller will allow operators to control all of the Army’s small UAS with a single controller.
