Background
Pam Hailey serves as Director of Programs at Strata-G Solutions and brings 20 years of experience in programmatic, operational, and talent management across DoD and commercial industries. She is passionate about leadership, streamlining and optimizing efficiencies, and giving back to the Warfighter and the community. Pam obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama Huntsville, an Executive Leadership Certification from George Mason University, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2017. Pam will be completing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2026.
